Киев 57-й в рейтинге лучших бизнес-городов

Украинская столица заняла 57-е место в рейтинге 65 лучших городов для бизнеса в развивающихся странах, составленном MasterCard. Киев стал единственным украинским городом в этом списке.

При составлении рейтинга эксперты MasterCard принимали во внимание развитие бизнес-среды города, его экономический рост, а также качество жизни в городе и ее безопасность. Каждый из таких параметров имеет свой вес в общем рейтинге.

Так, самым безопасным городом с высоким качеством жизни был назван Будапешт. Китайский мегаполис Шанхай оценили как город с самыми высокими темпами экономического роста и развитой системой коммерческих коммуникаций.

Киев заслужил самые низкие оценки экспертов в графе "бизнес-среда". Кроме того, составители рейтинга посчитали недостаточным развитие в столице образования и IT-технологий.

Первые позиции в рейтинге 65 признанных бизнес-центров прочно заняли китайские мегаполисы - Шанхай и Пекин. Всего в первой тридцатке рейтинга - 15 китайских городов. Замыкает же тройку лидеров Будапешт.

По мнению экспертов MasterCard, хуже всего вести бизнес в Найроби (Нигерия), Карачи (Пакистан) и столице Сенегала Дакаре. Специалисты негативно оценили уровень развития финансовых услуг, коммерческих коммуникаций и образования в этих городах.

Эксперты объясняют достаточно низкую позицию Киева в рейтинге малоразвитой бизнес-инфраструктурой. "В Киеве весьма затруднен земельный вопрос, что значительно усложняет получение участка под бизнес", - констатирует директор экономических программ Центра имени Разумкова Василий Юрчишин.

Да и сама процедура открытия бизнеса в Украине вызывает у инвесторов немалые сложности. Кроме того, по мнению Василия Юрчишина, бизнес-имидж Киева изрядно портит отсутствие в городе гостиниц как высокого, так и среднего по европейским меркам класса.

Эксперт Центра экономических исследований и политических консультаций Виталий Кравчук говорит, что не на руку Киеву играет и большая разница в доходах населения. Кроме того, свой негативный отпечаток наносит жилищная проблема. "Высокие цены на недвижимость в Киеве никак не соответствуют среднестатистическим доходам населения и общему уровню жизни", - напоминает эксперт.
